国家认监委关于调整电器电子产品有害物质

限制使用合格评定制度检测方法

适用标准的公告

为与国际电器电子产品有害物质检测方法标准保持一致，畅通产业链供应链，服务贸易便利化，决定将电器电子产品有害物质限制使用合格评定制度检测方法标准由GB/T 26125《电子电气产品 六种限用物质（铅、汞、镉、六价铬、多溴联苯和多溴二苯醚）的测定》调整为GB/T 39560.1、GB/T 39560.2、GB/T 39560.301、GB/T 39560.4、GB/T 39560.5、GB/T 39560.6、GB/T 39560.701、GB/T 39560.702共8项关于电子电气产品中某些物质测定的系列标准（以下简称GB/T 39560系列标准）。现将有关要求公告如下：

一、2024年3月1日起，开展电器电子产品有害物质限制使用合格评定活动的检测方法按照GB/T 39560系列标准执行。

二、2024年3月1日前，按照GB/T 26125完成合格评定的，采取到期换证、产品变更等自然过渡的方式完成标准转换。

三、2024年3月1日前，已经出厂、进口的产品，无需进行标准转换。
